• Planned and delivered a variety of complex well profiles in Bab, Sarb, Haliba, Zakum etc. onshore and offshore fields, including UAE’s first Herringbone well in Sarb Island. • Provided engineering support to Drilling Supervisors in preparing task instructions and conducting pre- tower meetings. Responsible for planning and execution of operations at rig-site. • Acted as the on-site focal point for coordination between the Rig Contractors, Reservoir Teams and ADNOC Offshore/ Onshore teams to ensure adherence to the drilling programs, IPWPs, standard procedures, and contractual obligations – with focus on 100% HSE compliance. • Oversaw drilling logistics, crew readiness and on-site equipment inventory, ensuring availability and condition of critical tools and supplies including bits, whipstock, logging tools, stabilizers, reamers and subs (catcher, circulation, shock subs, scrappers, jars, etc.). • Maintained detailed daily cost, progress reports, forecasts and delivered comprehensive End of Well Reports (EOWRs) to track KPIs, NPT, and lessons learned. • Perform detailed offset well analyses to identify risks, developing and implementing prevention and mitigation strategies accordingly. • Enforced a strong safety culture by leading PTWs, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and actively participating in HSE reporting and audits. • Liaising with Real-Time Operation Centre (RTOC) for optimizing connection practices and KPIs. • Conducted real-time tracking of critical drilling parameters such as WOB, torque, drag, SPP, SPM, mud properties, bit hydraulics, ECD vs MAASP and logging data for wellbore performance and troubleshooting. • Performed detailed T&D simulations. Evaluated friction factors using broomstick charts. Directed hole cleaning practices during tripping to minimize risk during casing and completion operations. • Evaluated BHA design and minimised stresses on BHA components while drilling thereby, achieving longest drain section in Sarb in a single run and 07 day reduction in well delivery time.
