I have 23 years extensive HSE experience at oil and gas industry as well as Drilling rigs. Currently I am based in Kuwait and responsible for 12 assigned rigs.  Support the Deep Development & Drilling Group Team with planning, coordinating and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.  Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. Drive Project Management System Plans / Project HSE deliverables, and project’s HSE studies throughout the project phases.  Participates as a key member in the loss prevention and HSE activities to ensure that the Contractors comply with the Contract requirements including KOC company codes and standards.  Ensure that Safety Critical Equipment on the rig to be identified and shall be subjected to inspection & maintenance as per KOC KPIs, API requirements, contract requirements & manufacturer recommendation (OEM).  Ensure the Contractor complies with the testing, inspection, calibration and certification of the equipment, material and integrity of the services.  Implementation of the Process Safety Management to enhance process safety, engineering management, and provide for the elimination, prevention, control and mitigation of major accident risks and process incidents, reduce the cost of construction, and operations of facilities, increase plant availability, production efficiencies.  Review and coordinate the developments of SIMOPS procedure / MOPO, QRA, Hazard Identification (HAZID), ISD etc, for Multi Pad Wells location including required deviations/MOCs if arise and as well as HAZOP, SIL. PHSER reviews with TFT team starting with location construction with the new cellar design, pre-lay UG flowline and compaction, WH orientation, HU installation, ESP cable routing, and manifold modifications and installation for Multiwell Pad- Early Production along with Drilling, Production, Drilling Engineering and Piping Teams.  Provide technical support regarding MWP design, process safeguarding, safety critical elements SCEs identification, fire and gas design and function and other design aspects related to asset integrity and process safety.  Apply effective procedures, structured inspections, maintenance programs for critical equipment and competent personnel to ensure that the facilities are opreated within established parameters and regulations.  Specific Rig move procedure document with Rig specification and Bridging analysis conducted by Client and Contractors.  Support Well to Well Specific Rig Move plan based on the route survey, critical lifts and priority loads by Rig Contractor  Ensure Contractor wise Risk Registers approvals are obtained.  Involved in all Rig specific SOPs for operations, maintenance, rig move are reviewed.
