Collaborate with AI team to develop an AI-powered drilling optimization platform using offset wells data from multiple sources (e.g., Daily Drilling Report, MudLog Data, Wellbore Schematics, Well Trajectory)  Act as the technical drilling subject matter expert to guide data interpretation, feature engineering, and validation of AI-driven recommendations for well planning and real-time operations Lead the structuring and curation of complex drilling datasets to support machine learning model training, focusing on key performance indicators and operational parameters Translate drilling engineering workflows into digital solutions, enabling automated benchmarking, offset well analysis, and predictive modeling for common drilling challenges (e.g., stuck pipe, loss circulation, and wellbore instability)  Support iterative development by evaluating model outputs against field data and providing technical feedback for continuous improvement Participate in entire well design and drilling operations of HP Gas/Condensate Wells with depth over 6000m (SOR, Casing Design by using the available data and Landmark Software ‘Stresscheck’, well operations and EOWR preparation) Preparation of Drilling programmes, RWI and AFE Select relevant the Drilling equipment such as Well-head, Well Control, Casings etc. Monitor the daily progress in well operations and prepare well drilling data trend sheets Technical evaluation and negotiation of vendors’ offers Technical evaluation and negotiation on rig contract Support the team at generating the procedure and guidelines for operations Compare the drilling parameters of wells and prepare summary reports Inspect the drilling equipment and accessories at the warehouse before sending to offshore Run simulations for the given drilling parameters using ‘WellPlan’ Design the new UBOC format for DDRs in Landmark Software - ‘OpenWells’ Make sure about the components of BHA (component types, lengths, back-ups, delivery to offshore in time) to be ready for the next operation beforehand Design, execute and evaluate well cementing jobs Involve in various primary cementing job designs Attend site to physically observe and audit the qualityof the work executed Assure all works are carried out as per design and any deviation from plan is minimized Upon project completion prepare detailed cementing post job report
