* Work experience as Operations Geologist in international E&P companies like Eni & OMV. * Experience of Well Planning & Drilling support, trajectory design, well placement & Geosteering, casing point, target selection. * Experience of managing drilling problems, geological hazard assessment. * Collaboration with Drilling Engineers to optimize well placement and geological risk mitigation. * Experience in Real Time Wireline/LWD/MWD operations including on-site stratigraphic correlation (based on cuttings, well logs etc.) * Experience in coring operations including on-site core description. * Experience of working in multicultural environment to be open and transparent communicator in divers’ multidiscipline team. * Experience in monitoring reservoir performance through production data, well tests and surveillance programs. * Identifying geological risks e.g., fault encountered, unexpected fluid contacts, wellbore stability issues. * Collaborate with reservoir engineers and Petrophysicst to update geological models based on new well data. * Data Integeration & Reporting, Well data, logs and reports to update geological database. * Expert level post well reviews and lessons learned reports to improve fiture operations. * Collaboration with Subsurface Teams, Compliance & HSE support * Mentorship & Knowledge sharing with team and continuous improvement in operations geology practices.
