Understand and implement client procedures and SOPs. Ensure all the KPIs are met keeping safety first attitude. Lead by example and lead with the intent to train and teach juniors. Point of contact for all operations on the rig during the shift. Empower and encourage crew to utilise stop work authority. Responsible for the quality of the well and for well control at all times. Ensure all well control equipment is kept in good condition and is tested periodically as per API RP53. Ensure the daily /weekly checklist and maintained and all the equipment is checked as per the PM schedule. Ensure proper understanding of policies and procedures while working with different tools of third parties.
