Supervise and navigate all well site activities on daily basis including but not limited to all of drilling and completion operations in order to deliver high quality, cost effective and safe wells according to approved well programs. Monitor the drilling performance (ROP / formation response / flow rate / pump pressure / surface torque / WOB / down hole vibration / hole cleaning) and advise the Drilling superintendent of any concerns and/or potential improvements. Ensure all operations are executed in compliance with company procedures, manuals, policies and guidelines. NPT statistics – NPT categorization, analysis and capturing the NPT & maintaining it in the NPT register of each well and make this available for the engineering team. Support logistics operations to ensure timely load and offload required equipment and materials. Track the materials & rental tools on location.
