As the Third-in-Charge (3IC) of the workshop, I play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between senior management and the operational team. My primary responsibility is to organize and optimize the daily workflow, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule without compromising on quality. I am deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of worker safety, implementing rigorous HSE protocols, and conducting regular safety briefings to minimize workplace hazards. ​In addition to workflow management, I oversee the comprehensive maintenance of machinery. This includes developing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure that all equipment operates at peak efficiency. My technical expertise allows me to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and lead the team in executing repairs effectively. ​Furthermore, I bring specialized knowledge in 'Well Integrity' and the 'Handling of Chemical Products,' which are critical for high-stakes industrial environments. My certification in First Aid ensures that I am prepared to act as a first responder in case of emergencies, adding an extra layer of security to the workshop operations.
