• Conduct annual legal compliance evaluations to ensure adherence to regulations. • Document and implement safety improvements for continuous organizational advancement. • Identify and allocate resources for effective QHSE budget implementation. • Enhance safety culture through regular in-house training and retraining programs. • Conduct emergency drills to ensure preparedness and maintain zero-incident operations. • Implement a staff training matrix to address QHSE training needs and ensure compliance. • Perform systematic accident investigations to identify root causes and mitigate risks. • Maintain an up-to-date risk and opportunity register for proactive risk management. • Oversee management of change procedures to mitigate risks in critical activities. • Introduce carbon footprint and emission reduction strategies for environmental sustainability. • Conduct internal surveillance audit for IS0 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Management Systems • Develop operational controls for the implementation of the environmental management system • Identified and implemented the needs and expectations of interested parties • Develop all QHSE Technical documents for all bids and tender • Conduct job hazard analysis for all projects and implement effective control measures • Obtain Freedom to operate from host communities prior to site mobilization • Manage all community related issues from project sites • Develop Nigeria local content plan for all projects • Develop Human capacity development (HCD)plan for all projects • Send quarterly Nigeria content implementation reports to the Executive Secretary • Monitor and track the implementation of Nigeria content requirements for all projects. • Track key performance indicators in all project site using excel dashboard • Ensure proper management of hazardous substance using the MSDS • Supervised and develop security protocol for security personnel within the company facility • Develop security plan for all projects using the security operating level (SOL) of each location as a benchmark. • Provide and coordinate security escort for personnel when required.
