Management of Equipment and Supplies Ensure availability of drugs, linen, and equipment Check emergency equipment (oxygen, suction, crash cart) 5. Infection Control and Safety Follow and enforce infection-control practices Maintain cleanliness of the area Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation Follow universal precautions and patient safety measures 6. Teaching and Health Education Educate crew about illness, treatment, and care Participate in health & wellness programmes 7. Communication and Coordination 8. Emergency and Ethical Responsibilities Provide immediate care during emergencies Follow hospital policies and ethical principles Maintain patient confidentiality Participate in disaster and emergency preparedness Participation in and lead medical emergency drills(H2S, fire, medevac, confince space etc) Maintaining accurate medical records, treatment logs and incidence reports Maintaining medical equipment, emergency drugs, and consumables inventory. Regular check up life saving equipment such as defibrillator, oxygen system.
