21 years experience in drilling. 12 years as company man. Have extensive experience drilling HP/HT natural gas wells up to 24,000’ deep with 14,000’ laterals in the Eagleford shale as well as Austin chalk wells in south Texas. Have also drilled Olmos and Escondido wells. Familiar drilling with different strings of drill pipe range 2 and range 3 with 4 1/2” IF and Delta 544 threads. All wells drilled with directional third party and very familiar with reading directional plans. Have primarily used oil base mud on all wells. Have experience drilling high pressure high gas wells. Have drilled underbalanced through gas buster and using MPD equipment as well. Have vast experience running and rotating two and three string casings with toe subs depending on well design. Familiar with floating casing and carrying out bursting procedures. Ran standard shoe tracks as well as integrated shoe tracks with production casing. Done many cement jobs over the years and understand the importance of the time frame you have to complete job. Have had many different situations and successfully completed cement jobs with no problems. Have also finished displacing cement jobs with rig due to cement truck going down. Also have vast experienced taking multiple gas kicks and circulating out on choke. Most wells that I have drilled have been on pads with multiple wells. Like working closely with drilling engineers to execute drilling program as per the company’s standard with always keeping cost at a low. Always been in charge of all logistics needed to drill a well from start to finish. Enjoy drilling and always push to do better while keeping the safety of all personnel at a high at all times. Speak very fluent spanish and english and have no problems with having to travel far and working for long periods at a time.
