- Assure all parties onsite to comply Company safety regulations and standards. - Manage onsite execution of workover/well services program, include budget & activity duration monitoring to make sure the program completed within its target. - Verify contractor/service company services to ensure its compliance to the contract. - Coordinate with Team Leader(s), Completion Engineers, Petroleum Engineers about the planned program related to operation obstacles, solutions, and contingency plan. - Responsible for the documentation/record of the executed operations into well reporting system (Peloton WellView software). - Well program experiences: Initial Completion (incl. Fracturing Program), Fishing & Milling, Casing Repair, Cementing & DOC, Wireline (Perforation, Temp. Log, CBL), ESP & SRP, Logging (Survey/Gyro).
