Prepare and ensure the drilling program is being developed to meet the well objectives, cost effective, and safe implementation according to the industry best practices, while at the same time in line with the Company policies, Government Oil and Gas Business Regulator. • Liaise, communicate and interface with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure that the drilling operations are conducted based on approved program. • Play a prominent role in pre-spud and retrospective meetings. Develop a specific note related to engineering and operational issues and lesson learned to be escalated to Drilling Operation/Engineering Manager for the sake of engineering improvement. • Utilize Well Plan (Landmark EDT), Wellview, and Microsoft Excels regularly to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions. • Perform in-depth analysis and evaluation of Rig Performance and Non-Productive Time (NPT) to identify areas of improvement and develop suitable corrective action plans to optimize drilling operations.
