Implement and monitor HSE Management Systems in compliance with statutory regulations, ISM Code, and client requirements. Ensure safe operations across Oil Rigs, Jack-up Barges, Pipelay Barges, Accommodation Barges, and Port Facilities. Lead Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, SIMOPS control, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Monitor hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, working at height, and marine activities. Enforce process safety controls, including gas testing, flammable control, H₂S awareness, and fire prevention systems. Participate in emergency response, drills, SOPEP implementation, and oil spill preparedness. Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with port authorities, marine teams, and contractors to ensure safe vessel and cargo operations. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture. Prepare HSE reports, inspections, audits, and safety performance statistics.
