: • Lead medical response on-site for trauma, cardiac events, respiratory issues, burns, crush injuries, and amputations. • Conduct triage, airway management (BVM, supraglottic, or endotracheal if qualified), IV/IO access, advanced life support, defibrillation, and sedation/analgesia per protocols. • Stabilize patients for MEDEVAC, ensuring continuity of care during transfer to helicopter, vessel, or onshore physician. • Manage clinic operations, providing care for minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions within scope. • Perform telemedicine consultations, sharing vital signs, ECGs, and point-of-care labs with onshore medical advisors to implement treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including controlled drug registers in compliance with regulations. • Conduct pre-shift wellness checks, fatigue and heat stress monitoring, and fit-for-duty screenings. • Monitor employee health, including drug/alcohol screening, mental health, and fitness-to-work evaluations. • Perform potable water testing, food safety and galley inspections, sanitation audits, and outbreak management for illnesses like respiratory infections or gastroenteritis. • Participate in risk assessments, SIMOPS reviews, and incident investigations to identify medical or ergonomic root causes. • Ensure readiness of clinic facilities, medical bags, oxygen systems, defibrillators, ventilators, and trauma kits. • Prepare MEDEVAC documentation, coordinate landing sites and stretcher routes, and run emergency drills with the ERT. • Deliver emergency training, including first aid, CPR/AED, hemorrhage control, eyewash, and H2S response drills. • Mentor and train ERT members on casualty handling, oxygen therapy, spinal immobilization, and trauma room workflows. • Maintain comprehensive medical logs, EMR/SHoM entries, MEDEVAC reports, monthly KPIs, and notifiable disease reports. • Ensure compliance with local maritime/aviation regulations, flag/state requirements, and operator HSE medical standar
