I am responsible for providing comprehensive on-site medical support in a challenging oil and gas work environment, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel. My role includes delivering immediate first aid and emergency medical care for occupational injuries, medical illnesses, and work-related incidents. I perform initial assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring of patients, and coordinate timely referral or medical evacuation to higher-level healthcare facilities when required. In addition to emergency care, I conduct routine health assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and medical surveillance in accordance with company policies and HSE standards. I maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and daily clinic logs, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. I am also responsible for managing medical supplies, medications, and equipment, ensuring readiness for emergency situations at all times. I actively support the HSE team by participating in emergency response planning, drills, and risk assessments. I promote workplace health through preventive care, health education, infection control measures, and early identification of medical risks. By working closely with site management and safety teams, I contribute to minimizing health-related incidents, improving workforce productivity, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the oil and gas sector
