My Duties and Responsibilities for HSE • Confirmed the compliance to all determined standards of all HSE programs. • Planned and implemented various preventive activities like HSE campaigns to prevent unwanted event. • Design WFT - HSE training program and develop an audit plan for all company’s facilities. • Inspecting of the TPS safety equipment like firefighting and H2S equipment & EWTU'S status of tools. • Record keeping of all WPTS - HSE docs and management commitments. • Administrate all emergency response activities and recommend improvement as per ERP requirements. • Conducting TBT’s, safety meeting and HSE executive meetings as per the monthly schedule. • Inspect the job sites EWTU'S in case of hazardous work activities and performing a safety analysis on it. • Coordinate to Client Company all HSE issues and close open items in the ATR report. • Supervise the catering staff in food safety and hygienic issues as per HACCP requirements. • Identify gaps in the management system and develop a new procedure to fill the gap as per WFRD MOC standard. • Collect and analyze the daily reports, weekly and monthly and pass them to director and upper management • Preparing PTWs for daily operations and preparing the lifting plans for all types of lifting operations. • Collect API (American Petroleum Institute) stats from all facilities and compare for improvement. • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and incidents. • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and taking corrective actions to address them. • Providing training and support to third-party workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely in the oil field area. • Conduct regular safety drills and exercises to ensure that all personnel are prepared for emergency situations
