- Supervise drilling operation in safe and cost effective manner. Follow the drilling programs and well control regulation with all drilling crew members. Evaluate and implement the safety procedure to all crew member, mitigate any safety hazard and solve the problem at drilling location. - Monitor drilling operation day by day and implement the drilling program, from spud well until completion stage with all crew member, reporting the drilling progress to drilling superintendent and drilling engineering team. Collect the inventory data and the management of change if any, and inform to the crew member before executing the job. - Perform casing design and cementing program to optimized the process to maximize the time and cost effective manner, - My Directional drilling experienced background is very helpfull to optimize drilling process in effective bottom assembly design and drilling parameter so that it would improve the drilling process.
