My core responsibility involves the end-to-end delivery of complex HPHT, deep, horizontal, and exploration wells specifically within H2S and CO2 environments. I am an expert in bridging the gap between high-level engineering design and field execution to drive NPT reduction, cost efficiency, and safety compliance. My operational leadership extends to managing full-cycle rig operations for high-specification rigs up to 3000 HP. This includes leading multi-disciplinary crews and managing complex daily logistics to deliver high-risk projects on time and within budget5. Furthermore, I possess extensive experience supervising technical well services and interventions. This includes cementing operations, DST operations, ESP installations, and Coiled Tubing campaigns involving nitrogen lifting and acid stimulation. I am also highly skilled in complex fishing and milling operations.
