- Supervise drilling & completion operations on the night shift at offshore drilling rigs and onshore drilling rig, including Swamp Barge Rig (3000 HP), Cyber JackUp Rig CJ46 (NOV system, 3000 HP), Cyber Jack-Up Rig JU2000 (Cameron system, 3000 HP) & Land Rig (1500 HP). - Control application of SIMOPS. - Conducting field analysis to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for enhancing offshore operational efficiency without compromising on health, safety, and environmental aspects. - Drilling development well, redrill through milling open window with single and double casing, slot recovery with well integrity issue, high gas formation, total loss, ballooning & depleted reservoir with various TD up to 15,000 ftMD/13,000 ftTVD.- Deliver Gas and oil well with heavy architecture using MTGL (Mono Trip Gas Lift) - Perform initial perforation and unloading well using Coil Hose (The first longest run in the world) - Generating daily drilling reports using the WellView system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of operations. - Successfully deliver Swamp Barge rig and Land Rig acceptance. - Deliver development wells, including a ramp-up section starting from hydrostatic at 6,000 ft TVD, addressing a narrow mud weight window with RCD application and wellbore stability challenges. Featuring a typical J-shape trajectory and 3D trajectory with potential collision risks in the surface section, the wells will have a maximum inclination of >50° and TD at >10,000 ft TVD. - As part of the team who successfully and safely perform Rig Move-in and Moveout operations (while keeping production on platform) fastest on JU2000.
