Ensure the Drilling rig & third-party alliance complies with PDO HSE policies and standards. Maintain LGR, Training Matrix record up to date as required by Client. Assist the rig manager to keep and improve safety performance ensure the Drilling rig & third-party alliance comply with PDO HSE policies and standards. Assist Rig Manager in safe operation management, preparing emergency Response Plan and organizing drills on rig site. Manage, check and inspect the safety facilities of the rig including fire-fighting equipment, H2S system, lifting slings, escape unite, fall protection unit, shower & eye wash unit, all kinds of safety sign boards. Conducting Weekly Safety Meetings, Awareness meetings and HSE Alerts. Conducting Quarterly Safety Inspection onsite. Promote good safety culture on the rig. Investigation for incidents on site. Encourage team to participate in safety programs.
