I’m 47 years old, I am an Industrial Engineer of running and highly skilled and experienced professional in drilling and well operations, I've 23 years of experience in this area where I've occupied as Drilling Engineer, Senior Drilling Engineer, Well Site Drilling Engineer, Drilling Rig Foreman, Rig Engineer and Rig Manager. I’ve also held positions as Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Manager. My focus is on optimizing operations, ensuring safety standards compliance, and effectively managing teams to achieve outstanding results in drilling and well work projects. With exceptional skills in leadership, problem-solving, and platform activity coordination, I am committed to ensuring operational success in every project I engage in. Responsible for the planning, design and execution of the Bahia Projects, Cexis, Don Joao and Candeias Field, (Rig Move, Drilling, Completion, Workover and Abandonment) /leader in the supervision and monitoring drilling completion and workover operations /Execution drilling program as well as completion and workover program /Supervise the run in hole casing, cementation, Bop installation and well head /Analysis of problems that occurred and mitigation of them, lessons learned /Analysis of the daily operation report (Drilling and Workover) /Enforce safety and operation procedures /Leader in operations of the rig, up/down /Control in rig maintenance /Representative of the oil company in the contact administration, rig sizing & rig specs documents /Ensure the rig's safety is inspected periodically /Ensure the rig maintenance in its different types.
