1. Create comprehensive drilling program & completion program. 2. Prepare technical materials for FID, POD, & AFE approval process. 3. Make a discussion with specialists & service company (mud, directional, cementing, etc.) to ensure their program meet PEP Z7 criteria as per hazard and local practice for each well planned. 4. Conduct technical meeting, DWOP, pre-spud meeting before drilling. 5. Material selection for sour well. 6. Involve in daily operation morning meeting & work closely with Drilling Superintendent & Drilling Supervisor 24/7 to monitor day to day updated operations. 7. Monitor horizontal well placement during determine landing point and wellbore placement in lateral section. 8. Runing drilling software such as: well plan, compass, casing seat & stress check. 9. Working closely between project management, subsurface team, surface facilities team, SCM team to ensure the project going smooth from planning until complete execution and ready for POP. 10. Several technologies in executed wells using RCD, HPWBM, Real Time Geomechanics, Dual Stage Cementing, Motorized RSS, CRT, Whipstock, DLR.
