In addition, I'm a certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and currently holding NEBOSH and IOSH Status.Areas of operation in which a manage (but not limited to) are as follows:Management of all safety statistics, identifying safe and unsafe Act or Conditions.Task risk assessment Design and Review lifting plans.Operational integrity assessments (Process Safety) in relation to all elements of the operation - HSE, Operations, Logistics, Preventative Maintenance and HR.HSE Gap analysis in relation to assessing company performance on the ground against company policy, procedures and yearly targets.Design and develop HSE Plan for Country wide operations.Prepare safety cases and HSE Tenders for future business opportunities.Audit company to ensure we are compliant within ISO 9001.Investigate incident using Root Cause Analysis and develop lessons learned.Develop Training Matrix in line with operational needs and budget.Main focal point for Emergency response and business resilience.Review and Identify high business risk in relation to HSE and capture in Country risk register.
