✅ *Main Role:* To ensure *safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations*, in line with the drilling program and company standards. --- 🔧 *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Operational Oversight:* - Supervise day-to-day drilling, casing, cementing, and completion activities. - Ensure operations follow the approved drilling program. 2. *Safety & Compliance:* - Enforce safety standards and procedures (HSE). - Conduct safety meetings and ensure all crew follow protocols. 3. *Personnel Coordination:* - Coordinate between rig crew, service companies, and head office. - Lead and guide the rig team, contractors, and third-party personnel. 4. *Reporting & Documentation:* - Prepare daily drilling reports (DDR). - Track operations, time, costs, and incidents. 5. *Problem Solving:* - Handle unplanned events (e.g., stuck pipe, losses, kicks). - Make real-time decisions to minimize downtime and risk. 6. *Logistics & Planning:* - Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
