On spotting hazards, I have a good sense analytical thinking, managing (multi-tasking), emergency preparedness (developing and executing effective emergency response plan), risk assessment and hazard identification (ability to proactive identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies), regulatory compliance, strong communication, toolbox meetings, policy implementation and strong safety culture, adaptability and continuous learning, compliance monitoring, training and development, problem solving (implementing practical solutions), leadership and influence (motivating teams and inspiring adherence to safety practices).
