- To ensure wells are delivered on-time, on-budget, to agreed quality/performance standards and with full regard to agreed HSSE KPI’s. - Conduct feasibility review to identify, analyze, and select well design concept to satisfy exploration and development objective. - Design wellhead system for shallow water exploration and development wells. Perform wellhead design verification and implement necessary modifications to ensure optimal functionality, with a fit-for-purpose approach validated through SIT and FIT. - Led assessment of Downhole Deployment Valve (DDV) applications for Sarawak Carbonate Total Losses in Development Wells, authoring Design Qualification (DQ) documentation and guiding key implementation decisions. - Prepare a comprehensive detail drilling report; well design rationale, casing design, material selection, BHA planning, torque and drag analysis, drilling fluid and cementing strategies, hydraulic simulations, risk assessments, contingency planning, relief well plan and dynamic kill simulation, plug and abandonment strategy, and high level step operational procedures. - Managed external engagement to align on drilling sequence, technical well design, and time and cost estimates. - Provide time and cost estimated, spending monitoring and analysis. - Provides technical input into the preparation of tender documents. Liaises with the Procurement Group to provide technical support for the tender process.
