Creating and maintaining a safe workplace by identifying hazards, developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, implementing training, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulations Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Regularly inspect the workplace, analyze processes, and identify potential hazards, then implement measures to control or eliminate them. Policy & Procedure Development: Create, update, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Training & Education: Develop and deliver safety training for employees on safe work practices, proper equipment use, and emergency protocols. Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety regulations (like OSHA) through regular audits and inspections. Incident Investigation: Thoroughly investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence, reporting findings to managemenT.
