Provide visible leadership and administer company safety policies. Liaise with onsite management to set HSE goals and conduct audits for compliance. Lead safety training, emergency response readiness, and incident reporting. Monitor safety critical equipment and implement Permit to Work and Risk Assessments. Facilitate After Action Reviews and promote a strong safety culture onsite. Participate in HSE investigations and oversee Behavior Based Safety program. Lead safety culture by demonstrating strong safety leadership and assessing operational risks. Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and coaching on HSE. Engage with drilling teams and contractors to raise awareness and competency through training sessions and drills. Provide safety inputs for management reviews and promote emergency preparedness compliance.
