Lead the implementation of Nabors' HSE Management System (HSEMS) across all rig sites Enforce Nabors corporate HSE policies, standards, and local/international regulations applicable to drilling operations. Advise management and field HSE Officer on complex safety and environmental issues. Liaise with operators, contractors, maintenance, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and effective HSE performance. ⚫ Coach and mentor rig HSE officers to improve their safety leadership. Analyze HSE performance data to identify trends and develop improvement strategies. Serve as the primary technical authority on HSE matters for drilling and rig operations.
