• Managing day to day of rig operation & evaluation for workover and well services activities. Already completed more than 200 wells in Minas Area, Indonesia with various problem and program. • Supervising cementing, fishing, stimulation, downhole tool, perforation, swabbing, tripping tools, logging, fracturing and artificial lift operation. Completed various project related to CEOR, Monobore, High Producer Wells, Well test, Fracturing, Improve bonding and so on. • Conducting trouble shooting for operation, well integrity and well control problem. Discuss with asst manager and completion engineer to solve problem. Experienced completed various problem related to complex fishing, improve bonding casing, etc. • Collaborating with all personnel in charge (crew, engineers and HSE Coordinator) to finished job efficiently and safely • Analyzing plan and actual cost by used efficient and effective operation • Creating daily operation report with well view and present process & plan WOWS operation to leaders ev
