Planning for future jobs and placing comprehensive wantlist in advance to ensure smooth operations. Supervision of installation and Testing of well control equipments. Ensure proper documentation is being carried out. Ensure well is in primary control at all times. Supervise all well killing operations in case of influx in well. Prepare and maintain concise and accurate reports as and when required. Mentor and train junior team members and arrange for well timed trainings. Conduct routine meetings with all stakeholders this ensuring all are on the same page. Maintain proper communication with base and coordinate for any deviations.
