•Receiving crude oil from different Gathering Stations, Storage Tank Operation, Crude Transfer pumps, Water Injection pumps, Shipping Pumps & Involving in Precommissioning & Commissioning & Initial startup activities. •Top up chemicals such as Demulsifier, Corrosion inhibitors Scale inhibitor, Gas corrosion & adjust injection rate to require achieving correct dosing. •Responsible for the preparation of crude oil tanks, pipelines, strainers, MOVs etc. for maintenance and major overhaul as guided by Senior Operator & Report any Observed abnormalities to Field operator & shift supervisor (leakage & abnormal etc. & informed to concern departments). •Able to produce plans & specific method statements includes P&ID markups for activities related Precommissioning Commissioning activities like Air blowing, Chemical cleaning, Water flushing, leak test, Inerting test, Oil flushing, Service test, Catalyst loading, complex loop test, function test, Mechanical run test, Walk through, Operational test & procedures, startup etc. •Responsible for DCS Operation of assigned Project start-up facilities/ units in coordination with team of Operators by monitoring performance of equipment, condition monitoring of the process equipment and maintain the processes within operable limits as defined in standard procedures and instructions to achieve safely and reliable plant operation. •Maintain plant conditions within safe operating limits, maintain plant conditions within environmental limits, and operate the DCS panel to achieve optimum process performance, change process operation to meet production plans, complete checks and tests for start-up. •Achieve normal operating conditions after start-up, monitor information on process conditions, ensure compliance with company quality management policies, Complete checks and tests for start- up, communicate information during checks and tests, Start-up the process, achieve normal operating conditions, correct abnormal start-up conditions or emergencies. •Works according to established operating plans, programs, and procedures for Lead operator role of designated process units in Plant Utilities, CSP, Loading Berths, and Storage Facilities, Tank farm dispatch of crude oil through Crude booster transfer pumps. •The job involves continuous presence in an outdoor work environment associated with harsh weather conditions, operating field equipment at high elevation, physical engagement during operating process equipment and covering a wide range of area during operator rounds. The role also requires timely and precise guidance to Rover Operators during plant process upset and troubleshooting. •Assist with terminal / distribution operations by performing loading and unloading activities. •Monitor products transferred to and from tanks, vessels, or pipelines at terminal site. •Coordinate the activities of team operators within allocated areas of responsibility to ensure completion of work in time with quality standards.
