Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on the rig. Ensure drilling activities are performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations. Monitor drilling parameters and well conditions to optimize performance. Coordinate with rig crew, service companies, and drilling engineer. Ensure proper use of equipment and materials. Report daily drilling progress, issues, and costs. Take immediate action in case of operational or safety incidents. Oversee casing, cementing, logging, testing, and completion activities. Ensure well control readiness and respond effectively to abnormal or emergency situations. Review and approve daily drilling reports, time logs, and operational records. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. Control costs by monitoring materials, services, and operational efficiency.

IWCF / IADC Well Control Certification (valid). H2S Awareness Certification.
