maintain Organizational QHSE management system & implement Client/Company HSE policies.  To conduct daily safety pre-Tour safety meeting, Tool box meeting, weekly safety meeting with personnel on board at site.  To prepare JSA & PTW pertaining to site based activities with team members. Conduct daily PTW audit and discuss the deficiencies with crew members for the corrective actions.  To prepare QHSE daily, weekly & monthly performance report and report to management.  To ensure DROPS prevention program implemented properly.  To implement STOP card program and ensure effectiveness of STOP card program.  To give safety induction & HSE trainings for all new arrival persons & visitors at site.  To ensure PPE’s compliance of all workers at site, monitoring & implementation of BBS program.  To arrange HSE related training for crew and update training matrix.  Maintain all SOPs documentation work.  To conduct& participate in emergency drills and prepare emergency plan team for firefighting, well control, H2S, oil spill, confined space rescue, medevac, work at height rescue, disaster drill and monitor the performance of ERT.  To conduct &coordinate following daily, weekly & monthly inspections Crane, Forklift, H2S safety equipment, Safety critical equipment, vehicle inspection and other HSE inspection as required.  To ensure strict compliance of environmental requirements for 3rd party & subcontractors.  To prepare near miss/ Incident reporting system as per organizational HSE procedure.  To prepare& maintain 3rd party inspection & OEM record register of lifting equipment.  To assist management in internal audit and external audit and ensure compliance for closeout observations in timely manner.  To ensure compliance of HSE standards during Rig up/Rig down Rig move procedures.
