Started working as Assistant Driller from 2013 onwards and now completes almost 12 years in oil field. Majaor Roles performed are Driller,Drilling supervisor and even worked as company man.Other Responsibilities are Responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of drilling operations in compliance with approved well programs, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Enforced HSE policies and procedures, conducted toolbox talks and risk assessments, ensured proper PPE usage, and exercised stop-work authority to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Supervised all drilling, tripping, reaming, casing running, cementing, and BOP operations, ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures and best industry practices. Maintained well control readiness by ensuring BOP installation, pressure testing, and certification; continuously monitored pit volumes, flow checks, and kick indicators; and coordinated immediate response to well control situations. Monitored and optimized drilling parameters (WOB, RPM, ROP, pump pressure, hydraulics) to enhance performance, reduce NPT, and protect well integrity.
