Assisting the pre-commissioning activities. Reviewing P & ID from a process safety point of view. Purging N2 test, water, Air and Steam flushing, Passivation of each & every equipment. Checking the equipment for proper clearing, Leakage and Tightness checking. Trouble shooting during electrical failure, instrument air failure and emergency shutdown etc. Ensuring safety of men and machine, doing fire fighting in time. Reporting and documentation maintain accurate daily logs of operational data Emergency response like troubleshoot equipment failure or process deviations, executing emergency sutdown procedure wen necessary Ensuring safety equipment PPE like coverall, googles, helmet, grooves, mufffs, safety shoes etc. Ensuring safety PTW procedures like confined space entry, hot permit, work at height permit, electric and radiograpy permits etc
