HSE professional with extensive experience in drilling and integrated oilfield services. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems aligned with local regulations and international standards. Provide HSE leadership during drilling, workover, rig mobilization, rig-up, and well operations. Conduct risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP studies, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify and control hazards. Perform regular HSE audits, inspections, and site visits to ensure compliance and safe work practices. Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to employees and contractors. Support emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management. Monitor and report HSE performance, KPIs, and trends, promoting continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across all operations
