 Ensure the Site HSE policy is developed and implemented. Educate workers on the company’s HSE policy and procedures to ensure compliance.  Educate workers on the Client's Life Safety Rules (LSRs) and regulations to ensure compliance on-site.  Conduct internal Induction training for new employees.  Monitor mandatory HSE training for all new employees and ensure refresher training for existing employees is provided on time.  Ensure all employees receive adequate training and create awareness of safe work practices among them.  Assign job locations to safety officers and fire watchers based on daily activities and workforce requirements.  Follow the method statement for all work activities.  Follow safety procedures for all work activities based on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).  Ensure effective Risk Assessments (RA) are developed to identify hazards and their effects, while implementing preventive measures.  Ensure all work is performed under the Permit to Work (PTW) system and with the relevant certificates.  Monitor hot work, confined space, rigging and lifting, work at height, and excavation activities, and implement safety control measures as per HSE regulations.
