Supervision, monitoring and execution of rig site operations (drilling, Workover & completion) in multilateral horizontal wells. Ensuring safe work culture for carrying out operations with safety. Fishing operations (including open hole horizontal). Co-ordinating tool box talks, morning meetings, HSE improvement session to keep safe well site environment & in full adherence to company's policy and government's norms. Implemented Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) culture on rig site. Developed several Safe Working Practices. Analyzing the downtime during routine operations and rectifying the same. Preparation of documents like DDR, DPR, SOPs, NPT Analysis Reports, End of Well Reports (EOWR), Well Summary Report, Monthly Progress Reports, Current Daily Costs, comparing actual well costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending practices to improve the project economics.
