All Well Intervention and Workover activities (Offshore/ Onshore) such as: Provide Petroleum engineering leadership in Work over/well intervention processes that will be easily understood and executed by the Operations Team to safely and compliantly deliver the agreed project objectives. - Develop, plans, costs and supervises the operations necessary for Work over Oil and Gassy wells. from the initial well design to testing, completion and abandonment. - Administering Work Over and service contracts, engineering design, the planning of wells and supervising the crew on site. - Design and Supervise the execution of work over/Well intervention ( testing/completion, CT (using rig assist or offshore boats) ,Slick line ,Perforation, Pump replacement, logs and Stimulation) programs. - Works in accordance with established plans, HSE policies and professional standards, which are discussed with supervisor and completed work is reviewed and approved. - Prepare and provide daily Work Over rig Reports and well data for office. - Managing the logistics and reporting of operations - Interface with other teams (i.e. Completion, Subsurface, Projects, HSE, Finance, etc.) for successful business delivery. - Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems. - Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes to improve production
