ROLES: Direct and supervise all drilling, completion, and workover activities. Manage contractors and service providers on site. Manage company policies, safety standards. Resolve operational problems as they arise. Foster teamwork among rig crews and service companies. Have the authority to shut down operations in emergencies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly drilling reports, logs, and updates for onshore management. Prepare and maintain HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) reports. Strong safety culture, participating in safety meetings and Ensure that the crew personnel are trained and certified. Plaind and Oversee logistics for materials, personnel, and equipment (LAH or seven day). Ensure drilling equipment is well-maintained and functioning correctly. Communicate progress, issues, and critical information effectively between the rig site and onshore teams.
