Provide engineering support for field operations. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring drilling activities to ensure successful & safe completion of well. Deliver projects on schedule and within allocated budget. • Monitor Drilling performance and provide insights & recommendations to customers to improve operating efficiency. Monitor and analyze work progress, providing instructions and advice to resolve problems. • Proven ability to leverage strong analytical skills in evaluating critical design and operating parameters through data-driven insights and trend analysis. • Comprehensive understanding of well engineering concepts, including drilling techniques, drilling mechanics, and performance monitoring. • Delivering engineering modeling supports clients for drilling in challenging environments, including shale and tight gas reservoirs, multi-lateral (MLT) and extended-reach drilling (ERD) wells, and both conventional and unconventional drilling operations. • Extensive experience in well design, drilling operations, directional drilling, and performance monitoring & optimization. Proven expertise in running and interpreting drilling models to enhance performance, with a strong focus on performance analysis and benchmarking. • Excellent ability to manage resources and oversee operations remotely, ensuring efficient utilization and effective decision-making. Ensure equipment and services are available and prepared for planned wells. • Prepare final well reports, conduct After Action Reviews, and manage budgets and expenditures. Conduct post-well evaluations and optimize drilling performance. Analyze job execution vs design & capture design improvement & optimization opportunities (lessons learned & best practices) • Gained proficiency in drilling engineering software to enhance design and operational planning. • Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out (end-to-end process). • Monitoring any issues operationally on the field & coordinating with field engineers & handled effectively to ensure efficient operations. • Perform post well analysis includes planned vs actual days, NPT & ILT. Focus on Zero HSE & SQ. • Ensure collaborative approach with Procurement and Supply Chain Management for the timely delivery of Equipment to the customer. • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality assurance procedures.
