Lead and coordinate the drilling engineering team to plan and execute safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations. Develop and review well designs, drilling programs, and procedures in compliance with company policies and HSE requirements. Provide technical support during drilling operations, manage risks, and ensure effective well control practices. Coordinate with drilling supervisors, rig crews, and service providers to optimize performance and resolve operational challenges. Monitor costs, schedules, and key performance indicators to ensure delivery within approved budgets. Review daily reports, analyze drilling performance, and lead post-well evaluations to drive continuous improvement. Mentor and develop engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure consistent engineering standards across projects.
