I supervise drilling, completion and workover rig operations from spud to rig release while acting as the Company Representative at the wellsite, ensuring full compliance with approved programs, company procedures and international industry standards. I coordinate daily activities between the drilling contractor, service companies and client to guarantee smooth and efficient execution of all well operations. My responsibilities include continuous monitoring of drilling parameters, well conditions and operational performance to minimize non-productive time and optimize efficiency. I oversee critical activities such as casing running, cementing operations, BOP installation and pressure testing, logging, perforation, well testing and intervention programs. I ensure strict adherence to HSE policies by conducting pre-job safety meetings, enforcing PTW systems, supervising high-risk and SIMOPS operations, and maintaining a strong safety culture across all wellsite personnel. I review and approve daily operational reports, service company field tickets and cost tracking documents to maintain financial control within the approved AFE. I am responsible for verifying material availability, equipment readiness and logistics coordination to prevent operational delays. Additionally, I lead troubleshooting for drilling and completion challenges including stuck pipe, losses, well control risks, downhole tool failures and ESP-related issues. I provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to crew and junior staff to enhance operational awareness and performance. My role requires strong leadership, decision-making, contractor management and the ability to maintain safe, efficient and cost-effective wellsite operations under demanding field conditions.
