COMPANY MAN OPERATORS IOC, NOC, JV WELLSITE LEADER BIG4, NESR, PERWETE HSEQ Leader and supervisor all wellsite operations and activities with strongest HSEQ policies -Acting as the main point of contact between the client, drilling contractor, and service companies -SME in Monitoring drilling, completions, W.O. and well activities to ensure adherence to approved programs -Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and resources at the wellsite -Review, report and approve daily reports, operational logs, and service tickets -Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions -Ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards -Provide coaching-guiding-advising leadership and guidance to wellsite personnel -Proved experience as a Wellsite Leader / Company Man / Site Representative (Big4, NESR, PEWETE, ADNOC, ANTON OIL, OPEX PEMEX, HARBOUR ENERGY) -Strongest knowledge of drilling, completion, and well intervention activities -Excellent coach, leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills -Ability to work in a under-pressure, fast-paced, high-pressure environment -Strong communication and reporting skills
