Present as operator supervisor to overall control all: rig commissioning, rig move, rig up and down, skipping operations, drilling, completion, well testing and workover operations on rig site. Prepare and send out daily reports on time. Fill up daily reports on Open wells software. Conduct daily pre-job meetings with crew. Monitor daily check-ups and maintains of all drilling equipment by mechanic, electric and tool pusher. Hold all HSE related drills with drilling crew to make sure that crew fits the requirements for safe operation. Arrange all necessary tools, equipment, personal and third-party companies for operation on time. Control and monitor rig crew is arranging proper third-party inspections of rig equipment and tools on time. Control and monitor that the rig fits all operator requirements by contract. To make sure that operations are help properly as per company procedure and policy. Improve KPI as per operational and HSE manners. Control and train drilling rig team for better and safe operation.
