Experience in well planning as a drilling engineer in with sound knowledge of torque and drange analysis, Casing design, trajectory planning etc. Handled procurement and contact of various drilling service provider from preparing RFP and technical evaluation to contact award till end of contact period. •Serving as a company representative on multilateral horizontal wells (TAML Level 3), overseeing complex operations, and ensuring adherence to high industry standards. •Utilized drilling technologies such as Near bit gamma & inclination, mud motors, geo-steering, and EM telemetry to drill horizontal wells up to 1,600 meters of lateral length, optimizing performance and accuracy. •Demonstrated proficiency with various drilling fluids, including foam, air, and polymer mud. •Prepared comprehensive daily drilling reports using EDM well data, contributing to precise tracking and analysis of drilling activities. •Gained experience with unitized wellheads and GRE liner, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability. •Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), well plans, Authorizations for Expenditure (AFEs), and detailed activity checklists to streamline operations. •Conducted operational analyses, including well consumption tracking, cost evaluations, End of Well Reports (EOWR), After Action Reviews (AAR), and documented key lessons learned •Prepared and maintained critical safety documents such as HITRA, SIMOPs, and Risk Registers to ensure a secure and compliant work environment. •Demonstrated significant expertise in procurement and contracting (P&C) operations, including Scope of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical query resolution. •Regularly evaluated performance and collaborated with drilling contractors to enhance project outcomes and achieve optimal results. •Worked closely with geology teams, well site personnel, and warehouse staff to minimize operational downtime and maximize efficiency.
