Drilling Supervisor Algeria Division/Department: Drilling Reports to: Drilling Superintendent Location: Rig Site Type of position: Full-time Ø  Coordinate and supervising drilling operations at rig site. Attend daily morning meeting and pre-job meeting before each special operations. Ø Responsible of well integrity, safety and environment at rig site. Ø Manage drilling operations and ensures they are carried out in a safe maner as per the drilling programme and the company Standard/policie. Ø Coordinate with service Companies about programme and operational progress. Ø Follow-up the plan for the material, équipment, personnel and vehicle movement on site. Ø  Discuss drilling activities and related problems with Superintendant and office engineer for further recommendations. Ø  In charge of preparing and dispatching daily drilling report, cost report, mud reports and other reports related to drilling activities and QHSE. Ø  Work in collaboration with HSE Supervisor to meet HSE targets of the well operations. Ø  Experience in drilling vertical and horizontal wells with different PDM/MWD & Turbines.  Ø Experience in workover operations; decompletion, fishing operation and completion. Ø Experience in fishing during drilling & workover wells.   Ø Familiar with most fishing tools; i.e. Overshots, milling tools, reverse circulating subs, Fishing jars, spears, magnets, section mills ...etc. Ø Experience in well head sections and BOP Stack (CHH 20″3/4 3K, 13″5/8x11″ 5K and tubing head 11″x7″1/16 10K. BOP stack 13″5/8 5K & 10K). Ø Experience in all BOP tests and casing spool tests. Ø Experience in running all casing sizes from 18″5/8 to 4″1/2 liners. Ø Performe pressure tests  FIT, SBT & LOT.  Ø Experience in cementing all hole sections as per programme and companie procedures. Ø Experniece in drilling deep wells 3500-4000m using all type of BHA and drill bits (TCI, PDC and impregnated bites). Ø Experience in OBM up to 2.15sg, and WBM 1.05sg. Hi-vis pills and Hi-dens pills. Ø Experience in mud losses and pumping LCM or cement plug in case of total loss. Ø Experience in stuck pipe in different formation (Salifére, Turonian and Quartzite Hamra) and freeing methods. Pumping acid pills. Ø Experience in DST/Completion and coring operations using CBBL/iner tubes. Ø Experience in logging operations at all hole sections with wireline and PCL (CBL-VDL-CCL, Nutron-density, Spectral-resistivity, VSP, Sampling). Ø Experience in DTM and Rig inspection.
