Drilling operations execution in compliance with the company standards and KPI. ■ Lead rig site safety drills and HSE awareness improvement of the drilling crew and services companies. ■ Liaise with multidisciplinary engineering team, warehouse and service companies. ■ Improve rig safety and operation procedures as per audits recommendation. ■ Perform the well handover to production team in respect of the environmental protection regulations. ■ Manage rig move, rig up, rig down and acceptance in respect of the company requirements and safety rules. ■ Preparing of drilling programs, AFE and end of well reports. ■ Daily update and follow up of operations lookahead and cost as per contracts. ■ Preparation of tenders and contracts for the drilling and workover operations. ■ Rig site operations management and logistics planning. ■ Review packers design and completion equipment’s operating procedures with service companies. ■ Review all drilling operations job procedures in compliance with the company procedure and programs. ■ Daily drilling operations reporting to the drilling engineering team. ■ Create and promote team work approach and work accountability culture at the well site. ■ Performance evaluation and improvement of drilling contractor and service companies. ■ Management of drilling contractor and service companies within the contractual obligations. ■ Leadership and people management in a diverse cultural environment
