Prepare workover programs (Downhole Mechanical, Well Optimization, Well Stimulation, Downhole Evaluations, Well Re-completion, and Well Suspension), follow up execution, monitor operations, and prepare end-of-well reports in a safe and cost-effective manner. Monitor and implement rig-less and/or rig-based operations. Perform technical recompletion activities to achieve production optimization. Evaluate and select appropriate equipment to meet workover objectives. Estimate rig days and workover job costs. Plan and optimize service rig schedules. Attend meetings with contractors to evaluate and monitor their performance. Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Participate in well-by-well performance reviews. Initiate engineering corrective actions to support continuous improvement. Strengthen coordination with Rig Supervisor and vendors to ensure efficient execution of designs and operations. Participate in Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis (DIFA) missions to identify root causes of pump failures. Monitor inventory of downhole tools, BPU, and PCP equipment. Prepare, review, and raise material purchase orders through the ERP system. Familiar with PCP and BPU completion systems and operations.
